For services with one-time delivery (keyword research, technical SEO package), a full refund is available within 48 hours of order if work has not yet been started. Once work has begun, no refund is provided as the work is bespoke and non-reusable.
For monthly services, the current month at the time of cancellation is not refunded. Cancellation stops billing from the following month with 30 days written notice.
